The villa offers the best in family holiday, the serenity of the neighbourhood is beyond our wildest imagination.

The first time we went to this community on holiday, we fell in love with it that we decided to buy a home of our own.

This executive type fully temperature controlled six bed villa is built on a premium corner plot in this very desirable neighbourhood; quiet, country, serene, and close to the Theme Parks, Shopping, Restaurants and a vibrant nightlife The villa is furnished to the highest order to give you the feeling of home away from home.

The villa has over 2600sq ft of living space, and comprises of 6 double bedrooms which include 1 master and 1 queen room.2 of the rooms are decorated with twin bed with the remaining furnished as double rooms.

The villa also has two sitting areas to accommodate 10; there are two dining areas that will also sit 10 at a time.

Finally for your use there is a game room with various table games.

For your convenience

There are many activities center close to the villa,this include,Golf courses,horse ridding,canowing,fishing and conservation area just to mention a few.

The busy 192 with various bars,shops and restaurants is just 7 minute away from our villa.

Word of advice

Just come with your own toothpaste and brush,to safe you of unnecessary excess luggage- as all linen and towel provided for your use!

Sleeping :

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General :

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment :

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

Eating & Living :

There is room for 7 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
