We bought a house on this estate 7 years ago and have had some of the best times of our lives there.
When we decided to buy a bigger house, we looked everywhere in Central Florida, at all the old and new estates, but we kept coming back to Crescent Lakes.
The estate is lovely. It is built in the middle of the conservation area and you will see eagles and cranes flying overhead as you laze in the spa.
The rear view is outstanding as the covered and heated pool backs onto one of the lakes.
When we saw this house for sale we knew it was a dream come true.
It has over 2700 square foot of living space and has been beautifully furnished by a professional team in 2005.
We absolutely love it there and our kids cry whenever we come back from Crescent Lakes.
It is only 15 to 20 minutes from the edge of Disney and Universal and Seaworld are only a few more minutes away.
Down the road you will find an animal petting zoo, horse riding stables, and boat rides on the massive lakes to see alligators in their natural habitat.

(In season you can also go nightime alligator hunting if you are feeling brave!)

We have tried to put into the house as many extras as we can to make your holiday perfect.

What's downstairs?

The home has two lounges: the first has a 55 inch tv with dvd and video (a number of dvd films have been left at the home for your use).
There's cable tv with over 70 channels. There is also the option to watch live premier league games although there is an additional cost.
There is a Bose multi cd player with radio and beautiful furnishings with french doors onto the pool and spa area.
The second lounge is at the front of the home and again is furnished exceptionally well.

Also downstairs is an unbelievable kitchen breakfast room.
The oak kitchen has a huge stainless steel fridge/ freezer, stainless steel range cooker, matching microwave and all the usual utilities such as tea
and coffee making facitlities, blender, iron, ironing board, waste disposal, cutlery, crockery etc.
It also has a breakfast table where you can eat overlooking the pool with wonderful views of the lake beyond.
The separate dining room is of a classical style and completes the downstairs living area again here there are view over the lake.
However, there is also a ground floor bathroom and shower; utility room with washer and dryer.
This is a HUGE house.
The garage has electric doors and there is a remote control for your use whilst there.
In the garage is a pro-standard bar football table; new Air Hockey table and table tennis table; balls and bats included.
There are 4 new bikes in the garage suitable for 2 adults and two kids which are onsite and are available for hire.
There is outside security lighting to the front and rear.
Whilst we are downstairs we should mention our 30x15 feet heated pool.
It is covered by a mesh surround which allows sun to get in (factor 15 protection) There is also a spa in the pool and a large deck and covered lanai to get out of the sun. New luxury patio furniture including 4 loungers, table and chairs allow you to watch the sun go down over the lake with marguerita in hand.
The next door property may also be available for rent if there are two families looking for separate houses.

Whats up?

Upstairs there is a fantastic master bedroom with a stunning view of the lake.
It's a huge room with his and hers walk in wardrobes and ensuite bath; separate ensuite shower cubicle; large his and hers twin sinks and separate w.c.
The decorators have done a fantastic job here: this room must be seen.
There is a 27" tv with dvd in the master together with a safe which is available for your use free of charge.
There are alarm clocks in all rooms and hairdryers dotted about the house. The other bedrooms comprise the following: one has a single bed and
a further bunk bed next to it sleeping three individuals- there is a large wardrobe and lake views here.
The next room is a twin bedroom with lakeview comprising two single beds and a wardrobe tv and dvd.
There is another double bedroom with dresser wardrobe tv and dvd completing four formal bedrooms in all.
There is a choice available to you for the open plan fifth bedroom.
At the moment we use this as a playroom.
It has a number of games and books; tv; online p.c. with free high speed 3Gb internet access; playstation 2 with ps2 games.
Other kid's and family games are also available free of charge for your use.
There is a futon here in the playroom which converts into a double bed should you wish to use the fifth bedroom.
However, this room will remain open-plan.
Finally, upstairs there is a family bath with twin sinks, bath and shower above.
Towels, beach towels, linen, pillows, blankets and spares of everything are included.

We owned a house for 7 years on the same estate before we bought this large brand new house overlooking the lake.

We have had it professionally furnished as the show home and have plenty of extras that mark this home as outstanding.

Playstations,dvds- tvs in all rooms and a huge 60 inch tv in the lounge!

We have been to Florida many many times and we really believe our house is one of the nicest available

Sleeping :

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General :

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment :

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

Eating & Living :

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a museum, a zoo, a themepark.
