All bedrooms and the main lounge have ceiling fans and the 2nd lounge has a large bed settee to enable 8 people to stay in comfort.
Ample bedding, towels, hairdryers and top quality patio furniture are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.
The excellent pool is fully screened and is very quiet, due to having no properties directly behind it.
Additional facilities provided for your convenience include a full size cot (own bedding required) and highchair.Sleeps 6/8.

The main lounge area has high quality sofas with TV (cable), DVD, VCR and ceiling fan and patio door out onto the pool/lanai area.
The 2nd lounge has 2 sofas with one being a large sofa bed (double), opens out into the dining room.
Bedroom 1 with queen size bed (UK king), TV, stereo, walk-in wardrobe, safe, patio doors and en-suite. v Bedroom 2 with full size bed (UK double), dolphin theme and large wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds Nemo theme and large wardrobe.
The luxury en-suite bathroom has his and hers sinks, a large walk-in shower and a separate WC.
The main bathroom has WC, sink, bath/shower over and a door onto the lanai/pool area.
The open plan kitchen is comprehensively equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, juicer, coffee maker etc.
The kitchen area is accessible from both lounges with a breakfast bar overlooking the main lounge.
Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes hanging space.
Ample bedding, towels, hairdryers crockery etc are provided for your stay.
The swimming pool is cleaned and checked weekly as wel as the grass being cut on a regular basis.
For stays of over 14 days a mid-stay clean can be arranged if acceptable.

Pool heating (recommended Nov-April inc.) can be booked in advance or at the time of your holiday, through our local Management Company.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the 2nd Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General :

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment :

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

Eating & Living :

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
