The villa, owned by UK residents, comprises 4 good sized bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins), all with TVs. All bed linen and towels are provided for your use including beach and patio/pool towels. A double sofa bed provides the final sleeping facility in the lounge.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm when needed. The villa has main television in the family room plus dvd and satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use in a separate room. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls but email is available.

Eating & living :

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 for dining in the villa. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and all the small things that you always want when self-catering as the owners stay in the house frequently.

This is a non-smoking villa at all times.

General Information

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south-east facing swimming pool, a south-east facing garden, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views (see below for details). If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa itself

We and those who have already stayed in the house (signing our guest book) think the house is fantastic! We bought the house for our own use and exlcusive use of a few renters each year. We have had the house professionally furnished and have plenty of extras that mark this home as outstanding. A playstation console and games, dvd library, tvs in all rooms and themed colour schemes make the house very welcoming. The pool and spa are superb, the pool being 30 feet by 16 feet. Both are heated. The patio has a specifically designed shaded area.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
