Our Vacation Home is a brand new 4 bedroom & 3 bathroom town home complete with gamesroom , air-conditioning and a private hot tub. We've included a luxurious furniture package to make your vacation as homely and comfortable as possible.

Bedroom one:

Situated on the ground floor in the front of the property, has a queen bed, with easy access to the adjacent bathroom with over bath shower.

Master bedroom

Is located on the first floor at the front of the property and comprises of a kingsize bed, 19 inch television, clock radio, telephone, walk in closet and a full en-suite bathroom with over bath shower.

Bedroom Three

Is situated on the first floor at the rear of the property (lake side) has a twin beds with access to the family bathroom with over bath shower.

Bedroom four /gamesroom

Is situated at the rear of the property with access to the family bathroom.

Games room

For the comfort of guests of all ages we have provided a fully equipped games room, which for your personal entertainment contains a foosball table, PS2 and DVD player both connected to a 27 inch television (games not provided, so all kids young and old please bring along your favourite US games and DVD’s).
We have also provided four assorted board games for you to while away those relaxing hours.
The sofa is a queen size futon meaning this room can be used as a fourth bedroom.

Kitchen/Dining area

We have tried to provide the home from home feeling for you when choosing what to include in our furniture package. You may find that it is actually better equipped than most homes. The kitchen comprises a double sink that has an integrated waste disposal unit; large American style refrigerator with chilled drinks/ice dispenser allows you to spend more time to relax with an icy cold drink; a family sized dishwasher and microwave means you can prepare a snack and, for those with energy left at the end of the day why not cook a gourmet meal.

For ease and a family feel, we have included a breakfast bar with three stools, as well as ample seating for six at the dining table.

Living Area

The living area is well equipped and can comfortably seat six whilst relaxing and watching your favourite DVD on the 27 inch TV screen or one of the many television channels provided with our comprehensive Brighthouse television package.
A queen size sofa bed has been included in our furniture package.
The rear of the property has doors that lead to the screened patio.

Patio

A fully screened patio area complete with a four seater table, ideal for those sundowners with a perfect view of the lake. Who will be able to resist soaking in the 5/6 seater hot tub (an ideal treat after a long day at the parks), so who needs an excuse?

The entrance foyer has a Utility Area with a stacked full capacity washer and dryer.

LocationCoral Cay Resort is perfectly situated for easy access to the Orlando attractions and Golf courses. It is just off the US Highway 192 on Old Vineland Road between markers 14 and 15.

Sleeping :

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the One in the lounge and one in the games room on the 1st floor.. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General :

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment :

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

Eating & Living :

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking :

This is a non-smoking villa.

Pets :

Pets are not welcome.

Property is suitable for wheelchairs The entrance to the property is a gradual slope from the pavement. The threshold over the door is extremely low. The property also has a double bedroom on the ground floor with a full bathroom adjacent. The ground floor is also open plan.

The vila is in a very quiet area.

It has access to a shared swimming pool and a north facing patio area.
