The Villa

Luxury 4 bed single story villa, ideally situated for all disney attractions, Water Parks, Universal, Sea world, Gatorland shopping and restaurants. Orlando International airport is just 20 min drive.

This Luxury villa is fully equipped to a high specification; relax and enjoy.

The home is all you want for a fantastic family holiday. It has a superb extended screened pool area which is much larger than expected.

Should you wish explore other areas it is also situated just 5mins from the turnpike, which runs South towards Miami & Florida Keys, & North to Kennedy

woodland.

Sleeping :

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities.
The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge /Diner number2.
This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General :

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment :

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.
If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

Eating & Living :

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room.

To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.

You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board.

The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The only extra we charge for is pool heating. The pool is heated by solar panels which keep the water at a pleasant temperature however in the colder months an external heater can be switched on to make the pool feel really warm. This would be done by the property manager at the request of the guest. Solar heating is of course included in the rental price of the villa.
