The Villa contains a quiet seating area and formal dining room which seats 6.
A fully equipped kitchen, containing oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and large side-by-side refrigerator, breakfast table and all crockery & utensils.
A spacious lounge with 32 inch TV with cable, VCR & DVD player, a selection of films and a stereo system.
The master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe, an ensuite and opens onto the pool area.
The holiday home has three other bedrooms and sleeps maximum of 8 people with second TV/VCR with cable in third bedroom.
It has a double garage and utility room containing washer and dryer.
It has a luxurious pool with exquisite lakeside views.
It also has air conditioning, heated/private screened swimming pool with spa and pool toys, patio furniture, BBQ, an assortment of board games, a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and linen and towels are provided.
Our holiday home is located within 20 minutes drive from Disney attractions including Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot and Wet & Wild.
It is also in close proximity to Gatorland, Sea World, Universal Studios and Church Street Station.
Shopping Malls nearby include The Florida Mall, Millennia Mall, Festival Mall and Beales Shopping Outlets and Supermarkets such as Publix and Winn Dixie are within 5 minutes drive or Wal Mart is within 10 minutes drive which enables you to have everything you could possible need to enjoy your well deserved holiday.
Daytona and Cocoa beaches on the east coast are approximately an hour's drive. Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches on the west coast are approximately two hour's drive.
The villa overlooks a large lake but swimming and fishing is prohibited.
Orlando International Airport is just 15 minutes drive from the villa. Sanford International Airport is approximately an hour's drive.
The villa is situated in a tranquil lakeside residential area, called for the exquisite view of a large unspoilt lake from the pool area where you can relax in the ample patio area while being protected from insects by the pool screen, take a refreshing swim in our wonderful heated pool, sunbathe on the sun loungers provided in temperatures that reach 70°F most of the year round or just pamper yourself in the invigorating spa.
Sleeping :
The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities.
This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
General :
The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.
Entertainment :
The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable.
The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
