The villa which was completed in Jan 2008 is situated on a large corner plot.

It has it`s own South facing 26ft pool and spa.

Fully air conditioned and with ceiling fans in nearly all rooms the villa is in an ideal spot for either lounging around or visiting the many Orlando attractions.

Within a 10min drive (a car is a must) you will find Disney World, Seaworld, a shopping mail or two, restaurants galore.

Within 30mins is Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and a multitude of nightime entertainment.

In fact one of Orlandos most popular dining events, Medieval Times is just around the corner.

    built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers.
    Outside is a covered lanai and 26ft x 13ft pool with built in spa.
    Poolside chairs/table and loungers are supplied.
    Electric grill/oven for all your outside cooking.
    All Cutlery,crockery, cooking utensils, bed linen and towels are included together with separate plastic tableware for poolside use.

    The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total;
    3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities.
    The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge 1 double bunk bed located in the Bedroom 4.

    This gives room for up to 10 people.

    Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

    General :

    The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

    Entertainment :

    The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

    Eating & Living :

    There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

    This is a non-smoking villa.

    Pets are not welcome.

    The vila is in a very quiet area.

    It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque

    If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
